This vibrant tenant improvement project transformed a four-story building into gaming giant Zynga’s new headquarters. The aim was to create a dynamic and innovative workspace that aligned with Zynga’s needs post-pandemic, focusing on flexibility and adaptability.

Nestled in San Mateo’s blossoming gaming headquarters hub, this project was a downsize from Zynga’s former San Francisco-based office. Though smaller, the 62,000-square-foot space, exemplifies Zynga’s hybrid Connected Workplace model. The layout and infrastructure were thoughtfully designed to foster seamless collaboration across departments and studios, utilizing hardware and technology to enhance communication and teamwork.
