March 29, 2023 – Chicago, IL – Clune Construction’s (Clune) Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of two external members: Susan Gallagher and Pam Light. Gallagher and Light began serving their terms on March 8th. Both bring unique, outside perspectives to help further the company’s strategic goals.

About Susan Gallagher

Susan Gallagher is the CEO and President of Bravanti, a leading global Executive Coaching, Leadership Acceleration, Career Transition/Outplacement consulting firm. With over 40 years of experience in Forensic Accounting and Business Development, Gallagher is seasoned at managing multiple organizations while strategically driving profitable growth and leading high performing teams. She spent nearly half of her career with Arthur Andersen. There she was selected to participate in the Firm’s Global 1000 Leadership Program and was a member of a firm-wide women’s growth initiative. Gallagher currently resides on the boards of Dose Media and Bravanti. She has recently retired from the Mercy Hospital and Health System Board after the sale of the system.

About Pam Light

Pam Light has over 40 years of experience in the AEC industry. She spent 26 years at HOK and recently announced her retirement as a Senior Vice President. Her experience includes interior design, strategic planning/programming and sustainable design. Light has been actively involved in the IIDA since 1982. In 2002, she was inducted into the IIDA College of Fellows, the highest honor bestowed by the association. Some of Pam’s most notable clients include E! Entertainment, Ogilvy, Activision, Sony, Cedar-Sinai, EY, and Union Bank. She started her own firm, Pam Light Design in 2020.

“Having worked with Clune for over 30 years, I have great respect for their employees and the quality of their work. I have found they think outside the box to meet schedules and budgets when my clients need it,” Light said. “I look forward to learning more about Clune’s goals and seeing their culture from the inside and out. My hope is to bring new ideas to the table that can benefit Clune in solidifying their current relationships and also expanding into new industry segments.”
